Behind the Line( A close look at Afghanistan)
In the movie we watched last class in Entre we learned about the lives of the Afghanistan’s behind the battle ground. In this I took into understanding some of the concepts and beliefs of them and their enemies (U.S.A). After asking a series of questions involving the relationship the U.S once had with Afghanistan and the reason all this chaos and war began, I came into conclusion that one country being, Afghanistan believed that they were overpowered and at a point be colonized however the U.S, being the other country believed that they were protecting a fellow ally against Russia, who they had altercations with, in the past.
One thing that caught my mind, that almost all the Afghanistan’s were saying was being a martyr, and following orders. Though it was obvious at a point in time that the Afghan terrorist had some difficulties in their technology, I believed that they would go into any extent to follow the most ridiculous orders if it means being a martyr, and “going to heaven,” as a result of their actions.
