Libya and Its people
The battle for leadership and the sheer hunger and greed to rule by its leader, Muammar Gaddafi has driven Libya and his people to what is now one of the most controversial and intriguing issues in today’s news.
Based on bad leadership and the need to rule as a dictator, Colonel Gaddafi has turned his military against his people in order to prevent them for what is now a violent protest-world wide. This protest is against Gaddafi’s policies of governance and the means for him to abdicate and end his ruling as a dictator as loud cries from the Libyans about high food, energy and oil prices (inflation).
This in so many ways is a personal issue for me now that the Libyan people are migrating from Libya to neighboring countries such as Ghana, this might also affect Ghana in so many ways in which it can get us involved in Libya’s issues- which can as a result lead to a potential war.
