Entry- Chinese sales Apartment Situation
25 days. After 25 days, I can go back to China and hand out with my friends. First of all, I want to go traveling with them to go to some very beautiful place in China. But first of all, they need money from their parents. And one of my friends parents is in a financial difficulty. He investment for a big shopping Mall I China, it is a good place. But because of it is too expensive, not a lot of people want to sale there. A lot of rich people live that place and people investment this program. Then the other business men or companies buy lots of the stores, and they sale that more and more expensive. So people can’t not buy that expensively stores. The Mall doesn’t work well, and then his daddy can’t make money although lost money.
Also that like the same things we saw in the Entry class. Chinese is being polarization. Rich people have money and relation with the government and the society. Then if a new building for apartment is being done with build, then rich people pay for the developer about the builder. Then those rich people can buy many houses before it sale to the citizens that very need it. So rich people sale it more expensive and the normal citizens can’t buy it really. Then they should work hard, and harder, then the rich people and the developer make money and the citizens lose money.
Also talk about the shopping mall. The developer doesn’t care about how the stores work. Just sale it to some rich people to driven it. The developer won’t care how it works, just sale it. Then the rich people can’t sale it well to the citizens because it is too expensive, so it will be horrible place that without people shop there.
Government to stand up and stop this kind of happened. It will make the polarization be more and more horrible. Citizens can’t live in a good place. That is the worst happen ever. But the other thing is, these developers will pay for the government that let them doing this sales without thinking about the consequence. The society is dark in China. Money can almost do every thing. “Corrupt”， that is the problem. Someone should stand up and say out loud about this happen and change. America is a very good example for China, we should start it for help our country growth. And also this is one of the reason that a lot of student want to study in the US. Include me.
