But when a country developed so fast, this country must face more and more problem. These day, this thing have happened in China.
In some developing areas, the local government allowed motion that build more supermarkets and built more apartments. Government wanted to use this way to get the high GDP, provide more jobs and improve the people life.
However, they began to make trouble.
There are two sides in everything. It is same on real estate. At the beginning of the real estate, everything is normal. Government just wanted to develop our country more and more beautiful. Real estate also can provide more jobs, therefore is can improve people life. In fact, many years ago, most Chinese didn’t have apartment to live. They didn’t enjoy a comfortable life. So, at that time, Chinese government must to develop real estate
However, when someone found real estate is a good way to make more money, everything is change. Because developing real estate is not just a way that improve people’s life. It has become a tool that a few people make money.
So government passes more and more motion about real estate. So we can see engineering brigade is everywhere in China. And most of them is waste money. For example, some local government built some huge supermarket but when it finished. Nobody goes shopping there. So it wasted a lot of money and budget.
And when the real estate became a private company, the will be worse.
Many private companies build many apartments, but they didn’t sell it at first. They waited. What they waited for, they can use this ways let apartment price higher and higher. So they can make more money.
Because of that, there are many people can’t afford the high price. They can’t buy a house. They can’t live in a comfortable life.
And on the other hand, it is the environment problem.
Improve the real estate, we must use a lot of land and natural resource. So our cities become more and more crowed because there is not enough land to live.
And for natural resource, we must use a lot wood, cement and rebar. The more we use, the more environment will be destroyed
In the end, I will say the same sentence, there are two side of everything, positive and negative. Although the real estate is good for Chinese economic and can develop china a lot. But at the same time, it also can cause a lot problem. We should find a balanced way of it. That is what should our government should to do and must to face
