Rowing

Crew is a full body workout that can be strenuous on the body so massage therapy can be very effective.  Most athletes think that adding as many training hours as possible is the best way to get fitter and therefore a better outcome.  This isn't the best way though.  By working out vigorously then giving your body time to recover and receive massage therapy for a day in between workouts.  This is much more effective then beating your body up.  It also results in a more effective season.  This has to do with my life because we work hard from Monday thru Saturday and by Sunday my muscles are tight and stiff annd my dad gives me massages to relieve the tension in preparation for the next week.
